Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping Policy
Your order can be shipped to you with no shipping fee to most address in the United States.
We will deliver the product(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. For items in stock, it will be shipped in 1 week and arrived in 2-3 weeks depending on your location. Therefore, it will take 3-4 weeks in total to arrive after you place the order. For items with a lead time, the delivery time would be the lead time plus 3-4 weeks. Once the order has shipped a tracking link will be provided. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping time, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service support@acanva.com.
Once your order has arrived at the final destination, the carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment. Please feel free to contact us if you want it to better fit your schedule.
Delivery service
We offer free shipping across the States. The standard free shipping dose not come with any add-on delivery service. You may need someone to help you with moving the furniture into your house. You may also upgrade the shipping service to indoor delivery or white glove Delivery. It's highly recommended to do so if you are not able to receive the furniture alone.
The Indoor Delivery is available for a flat rate of $90. The delivery team will bring the item(s) into your first entrance.
The White Glove service is available for a flat rate of $180. This includes indoor delivery, unpacking and assembly of the item(s), removal of all packaging materials. However, we only accept returned products that are in original packaging. So if you would like to decide later whether to return the item(s), please make sure you ask for all the packaging from the delivery team.
Upon delivery, please inspect before signing the shipping receipt. If there are obvious signs of damage to the carton, please refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery and contact us soon.

At Acanva, we are committed to provide high-quality products to our customers. While we hope to deliver the best to you, we understand that there are certain instances when there is a need to return your purchased product. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we want you to love what you purchased, but if something is not right or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer a return window of 30 days from receipt of the product.

Acanva accepts returns of undamaged products for full refund. Like most return policies, we only accept returned products that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned unless it's caused by the carrier. Do note that Shipping Service Upgrade charges from the original order are unable to be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier.
For exchange, only identical product can be requested for exchange with valid reason like shipping damage, manufacturer defect.
As soon as the returned product(s) is/are received by our warehouse in good condition, our support team will issue your refund. We are only able to issue refunds via the original payment method used for the order.
