Can I schedule my delivery? Is there an estimated delivery window for my order?Yes, you can. The carrier will contact you and schedule the delivery based on your availability.
How to cancel my order?If you decide to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Please get in touch with our customer service to cancel your order.
Do you offer any haul-away services for old or used furniture?Unfortunately, we currently do not offer haul-away services.
Are there options for contactless delivery and in-room delivery? How much are they?Unfortunately, we currently do not offer contactless delivery options. However, we do offer in-room delivery. The cost may vary, and please get in touch with our customer service for the price of your order.
Are the delivery fee the same across the United States?We offer free shipping across the United States.
Returns And Exchanges Returns And Exchanges
How many days do I have to return the product if I don't like it?If you don't love your new furniture, you can return it within the first 30-days. Do note that we only accept returned products that are in original packaging and like-new condition.
What if the product arrives in a less-than-perfect condition? Do I get a replacement, or is there any manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials?If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, our team can help. Take pictures of and describe the damage as much as possible. Once confirmed, you will get a free replacement from us at no extra cost.
Do you provide cleaning, care, or repair services if the furniture is damaged after delivery?Yes. We will send out a cleaning/repair kit as well as replacement parts for your damaged order.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order before it's processed and shipped?Yes. You will get a full refund if you cancel your order before it's processed and shipped.
If the item I purchased goes on sale after the item is delivered, can I file a price match?Yes. You can guarantee a 30-day price match.

How do I track my order? Do I need to have an account to track my order?Once your order is placed, you will receive the order tracking details via email. You can contact us for further information.
Swatches Swatches
Would like to take a closer look at your materials and colors. Can I look at some swatches and samples?Yes, we would be delighted to send you swatches. Please click "GET FREE SWATCHES" on the product page and choose the fabric or leather you would like swatches of, and where we should send them. Please note we have a limited stock of swatches, so we may not always be able to send you every swatch you're interested in.

Who qualifies to join The ACV+?

The ACV+ is available to design and trade professionals for their respective services and projects. To qualify, a verification to your business with the proper credentials should be submitted during the application process. 

What credentials will be required during The ACV+ application?

You will need to submit one or more of the following supporting documents during the application process.

- Valid membership in any major design organisation / national industry organisation (eg ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)

- Valid interior design accreditation / certification (eg NCIDQ, CCIDC)

- Valid Business License, EIN, or Resale Certificate

- Website and / or Instagram reference

How do I apply for The ACV+?

To apply for The ACV+, complete this trade application. You will be notified of your membership status within two business days.

Does The ACV+ offer tax exemption?

For waiver of sales tax on qualifying orders in any of these states, kindly upload your resale certificate(s) in the application.

Do note that sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change.
